Niflon
Niflon' Fluorinated Ethylene-Propylene Resin (FEP) is a copolymer of TFE and HFP with good thermal stability,outstanding chemical inertness, good electrical insulation and low friction coefficient. It can be processed bythermoplastic processing method. Molding material, with excellent stress cracking resistance, mainly used for lining of pipe and valve.
Technical Specifications and Processing Conditions
To achieve optimal results, Niflon FEP M-1 should be processed under the following recommended conditions:
- Heating Temperature: 330-350°C
- Heating Time: 30-180 minutes
- Holding Time: 5-20 minutes
- Cooling Time: 5-10 minutes
Packaging and Storage
Niflon FEP is supplied as semi-transparent solid resins, carefully packaged to ensure quality and safety during transportation and storage. Each package contains:
- PE Bag: Encased in a polyethylene bag for moisture protection.
- Outer Packaging: Packed in a paper drum or double-layer reinforced plastic bag.
- Net Weight: 25 kgs per package.
